Maximiliano Lemura
Tropical Parcels was founded by Maximiliano Lemura, a seasoned real estate professional with a strong background in finance and land acquisitions. Prior to launching Tropical Parcels, Max owned and operated Tropical Parcels Florida, one of the largest land dealers in the state.
With a passion for helping people achieve land ownership, Max built Tropical Parcels alongside industry experts to deliver a smoother, more transparent buying experience. His financial expertise and real estate knowledge ensure that every customer receives honest guidance, affordable options, and outstanding service.

Harvey Brian U. Laborte
GENERAL MANAGER
Harvey Brian is the General Manager of Tropical Parcels LLC, where he leads daily operations, client relations, and deal execution across the company’s land investment portfolio. Based in the Philippines, Harvey brings over three years of hands-on experience in real estate, with a focus on land financing, flipping, and investment strategy.
He previously worked with Q9 Ventures LLC and LandX, where he helped build CRM systems from the ground up and supported high-value clients through fast-moving transactions. His background in both operations and technology allows him to keep deals organized, efficient, and moving forward.
In his current role, Harvey manages inventory, reviews contracts, oversees deal structuring, and ensures a smooth experience from initial inquiry to closing. He is known for being reliable, detail-oriented, and highly responsive when it comes to both clients and internal operations. Before real estate, Harvey spent 11 years in the call center industry, including four years in management. That experience shaped his strong communication skills and deep understanding of customer service, which continue to play a major role in how he works with clients today.
Outside of work, Harvey enjoys creative outlets like singing, dancing, rapping, and video editing. While naturally introverted, he is highly communicative and brings a focused, self-driven approach to everything he does.
